4. Bookings and Orders
4.1 Booking Process

4.2 Minimum Orders
- Corporate Events: £500 minimum
- Private Parties: £300 minimum

4.3 Advance Notice
- Small Events (up to 50 people): 48 hours minimum notice
- Medium Events (50-200 people): 1 week minimum notice
- Large Events (200+ people): 2 weeks minimum notice
- Peak season events may require longer notice periods
5. Pricing and Payment
5.1 Pricing
- All prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable
- Prices may vary based on location, event size, and menu requirements
- Travel charges may apply for locations outside our standard service area
- Additional charges may apply for special requests or equipment
5.2 Payment Terms
- Deposits: 25% of total cost required to secure booking
- Balance: Due on the day of service unless otherwise agreed
- Payment Methods: Bank transfer, cash, card (subject to availability)
- Late payments may incur additional charges
6. Cancellations and Refunds
6.1 Customer Cancellations
- More than 7 days notice: Full refund of deposit minus 10% administration fee
- 3-7 days notice: 50% refund of deposit
- Less than 48 hours notice: No refund
- Same day cancellation: Full payment due
6.2 Company Cancellations
In the unlikely event we need to cancel:
- Full refund of all payments made
- Assistance in finding alternative catering solutions where possible
- We are not liable for any consequential losses
7. Food Safety and Allergies
7.1 Food Standards
- All food is prepared to UK food safety standards
- We hold valid food hygiene certificates and insurance
- Temperature-controlled storage and transportation
- Regular health and safety inspections
7.2 Allergies and Dietary Requirements
- Customers must inform us of all allergies and dietary requirements
- We cannot guarantee complete absence of allergens
- Our kitchen handles nuts, gluten, dairy, and other common allergens
- Customers eat at their own risk regarding undisclosed allergies
8. Liability and Insurance

9.1 Venue Access
- Customer must provide safe and accessible venue access
- Adequate parking space for our vehicles
- Clear access routes for equipment setup
- Notification of any access restrictions
9.2 Utilities and Facilities
- Power supply may be required for certain events
- Water access beneficial but not always essential
- Weather protection for outdoor events (customer responsibility)
- Waste disposal arrangements to be discussed
10. Intellectual Property
- All website content, logos, and materials are our property
- Customer may not reproduce or distribute our materials without permission
- Customer grants us permission to use event photos for marketing (where appropriate)
- We respect customer confidentiality for private events
11. Data Protection

12. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:
- Extreme weather conditions
- Government restrictions or regulations

- Vehicle breakdown or transport failures
